Information you provide
We collect your name and email when you submit a form. Depending on the form, you may also provide your company, role, team size, product interests, investor type, investment focus, website or profile, and a message. We record the request type, submission time and the notice associated with your submission. If you contact us directly, we also receive the information in your correspondence. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, customer records or other sensitive information through marketing forms.
Technical information and browser storage
Our hosting and security providers process information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages and security signals to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Our submission rate limiter uses a short-lived hash derived from the request address and time window. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and request information to verify form submissions.
An essential, host-only cookie remembers invitation access for up to seven days; invitation expiry, revocation or logout can end access sooner. Your browser may store your color-theme preference locally. Our site code does not use advertising cookies or marketing analytics trackers. Browser settings can clear cookies and local storage, but removing the access cookie ends your preview session.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, manage requested product and launch updates, arrange conversations, provide invitation access, send submission confirmations, operate the website, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We may maintain your contact details and follow-up status in our customer relationship tools. An investor inquiry does not subscribe you to launch updates, grant platform access or create an investment relationship.
Who receives information
We use service providers for hosting, security, data storage, email delivery and contact management, including Cloudflare and, when CRM synchronization is enabled, HubSpot. Our team receives notification emails containing submitted inquiry details. Providers receive information needed to perform their services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect people or our services, with your direction or consent, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or transfer of our business, subject to applicable law.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including follow-up, maintaining communication preferences and legal obligations. We can remove intake records and associated local outreach records after verifying a request. Copies in email, provider systems or backups may follow their own retention schedules or need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
We use access controls and safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask to stop product updates at any time by emailing zach@interdict.dev or using an unsubscribe option when provided. You can also request access, correction or deletion of your information, or ask about other rights available under the law where you live. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law; certain records may be retained where permitted or required. You can contact your local privacy regulator if you have unresolved concerns.
International visitors
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires protections for an international transfer, we will use the protections required for that transfer.
Children and external links
This website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate. Linked third-party websites operate under their own privacy policies.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
